Our business is built around service. Bill Robertson (Founder) an electrician started R & B Star on the back of being fed up with receiving a poor service from his suppliers. We endeavour to keep this ethos going throughout the company. As we change with the times we are keen to invest in new technology to help us give you the very best service possible.

Our delivery fleet is tracked (and has been since in the mid 1990s). We understand that in order to support your business we may need to be flexible (out of hours / weekend delivery service). We ensure that we have enough staff (and vehicles) to service a wide area but also give our customers a service which is second to none. One customer recently commented “what other wholesaler could give me AM deliveries to five building sites on the same day”
